About Busy Bee Concepts

Bhavisha Naidoo, also known as Bee, founded Busy Bee Concepts in May 2020 after her previous employer closed its doors. Her vision is to assist both local and global clients virtually with their administrative needs. Bhavisha's clients often require the expertise of experienced virtual agents and temporary event and activation staff. For over 16 years, she has been an active contributor to youth development in South Africa. As of 2024, Busy Bee Concepts is proud to be a B-BBEE Level 1 contributor.

 

With a strong foundation in the Brand Activations, Event Temporary Staffing, and Aviation industries, she brings a wealth of experience, a diverse skill set, and a proven track record of success. Self-sufficient, enthusiastic, professional, and charismatic, these qualities have been the cornerstone of her career, shaping her roles in various capacities across the industry spectrum. Having served as a Flight Controller, Promotions Coordinator, Account Executive, Booking Agent, Operations Manager, and General Manager, she has developed a keen understanding of the intricacies and demands of these dynamic sectors.

In addition to her practical experience, She has augmented her knowledge with a certificate in The Introduction to Psychology from the University of Toronto through Coursera. This commitment to continuous learning reflects her dedication to personal and professional growth. Furthermore, she is honored to be recognized as one of the winners of the TOP 40 Women in MICE award in 2018, a testament to her contributions and achievements within the industry. Her expertise extends beyond the technical aspects of the roles she's held. She is a versatile professional with a proven ability in client and customer retention services, administration, peer life coaching, basic payroll services, staff management and training. This adaptability positions her as a well-rounded candidate capable of navigating the multifaceted challenges of any role presented to her that suits her expertise.
